Our session starts at $150. The fee covers your dedicated studio time and our photography team’s time, talent, and expertise. Our team only serves one client at a time to give you our full attention. You can view your headshots during your appointment or later via the online catalog that comes with your shoot. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no obligations. If you don’t like any of your headshots from your headshot session for reasons in our control (lighting, posing, etc.), there are two possible options. To be eligible for either option, you must promptly indicate your concerns at the end of your session. We offer to show our clients their headshot images multiple times during the photoshoot. Please make our photographer aware of your concerns immediately, so we can make adjustments.

At the photographer’s sole discretion, we may book a reshoot appointment, and you can give your headshots another try on another day at no additional cost. The second option is to use our 100% money-back guarantee for the headshot session. If you do not wish to give it another try, we will refund your headshot session fee. No images will be delivered.

The client is responsible for bringing the wardrobe they wish to wear and the hairstyle and makeup application they prefer for their headshots. The studio is not responsible for reshoots because clients are unhappy with their choices in clothing/makeup/hair. Reshoots are at the photographer’s discretion for reasons under our control.

If you have already chosen favorites and the retouching process has begun, this confirms that you are satisfied and the session is complete. You are welcome to book additional sessions at the standard headshot rates if you wish to have a larger selection of images or if you wish to try out different wardrobe choices, hairstyles, etc.

Our retouching services have a satisfaction guarantee. This means that we are happy to make changes to your retouched images until you are satisfied with the level of retouching work, including:

Please be punctual, as other clients are often booked on the same day. If you are late, it may cut into your session time. There are no refunds for missed appointments.

You will have access to the wardrobe changing area when you arrive for your session.  With your input, we’ll select the backdrop, get our beautiful studio lighting set up just right for you, and start shooting the first set of images. We will guide you into flattering poses and help you feel comfortable in front of the camera. We take a quick break after the first set to let you review the headshots and provide feedback. Our team takes your feedback and continues to adjust and modify through a few more sets, wardrobe changes, and backgrounds (as desired) until you have a nice collection of headshot possibilities. At the end of your session, we review your images with you, and you select your favorites to purchase.

If you’d like to show your family or team your headshots before you decide what to purchase – no problem! There is no pressure to select your favorite photos at your appointment. We’ll create an online catalog that contains a secure gallery you can choose from in the comfort of your home.

The client forfeits their deposit on cancellations.

Rescheduling may be possible at the availability and discretion of the photographer, who will do everything possible to accommodate changes if needed. The rescheduling fee is an additional 25% of the original rate.

Yes, the deposit is $50, and it confirms my services for the requested date and time. No services are established, and no appointments are reserved without a deposit. Please submit your deposit online for last-minute sessions within two weeks of your shoot to ensure quick payment. Deposits are non-refundable.

Yes, there’s a $125 charge for all location shoots within a 20 miles radius of our studio.
